The scratching posts and board are made from durable sisal rope, which is known to be a favourite material for cats to scratch.
Assembly is required, but a manual is included to guide you through the process.
Regularly brush away any loose fur from the plush covering. For the sisal scratching surfaces, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove debris.
Place the scratching post in a location your cat frequents. Sprinkle catnip on the sisal surfaces to entice them. You can also try playing with your cat near the post to make it more appealing.
