Returns
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Customized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
The gate can be adjusted to fit openings between 76.2cm and 103.8cm wide. This includes three different extension sizes: 20.3cm, 30.5cm and 17.5cm.
The gate is made from a sturdy metal frame with a spray-treated finish for extra strength and durability. The automatic closing feature will also help prevent your pet from squeezing through.
The door will automatically close if it’s left open at less than 90°. Make sure the gate is securely in place and the latch is working properly.
The gate can be used on a variety of surfaces, including doorways, corridors and staircases. It comes with double-sided tape for added stability on smooth surfaces.
