Returns
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Customized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
The frame of the cat tree is made from durable and sturdy particle board.
Unfortunately, the sisal scratching posts are not replaceable.
The plush covering can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, you can remove the cover and machine wash it separately.
The raised edge of the top perch helps prevent cats from accidentally falling off. However, it's always important to supervise your cat when they are using the cat tree.
Cats often need a little encouragement to explore new objects. Try placing some of your cat's favourite toys on the cat tree or sprinkling catnip on the scratching posts. You can also use treats to reward your cat for using the tree.
