Delivery Dispatch and Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location within the UK. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and during peak periods.

Please note that we do NOT currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Europe, USA, Canada, Far East, Australasia, Rest of the World, or BFPO addresses.
Order Tracking

Important Delivery Information
- Separate Shipments: Some items in your order may be dispatched separately due to stock locations. This will not incur additional delivery charges.
- Forwarding Companies: The use of send-on/forwarding companies is done at your own risk. Pawsnug.co.uk will not be responsible for lost parcels that may or may not have been received at the forwarder’s address.
